Prepare a useful cartoner enquiry
The quickest route to a relevant response is to describe the complete pack and the production context. Exact information is not always available at the first enquiry, but confirmed and provisional data should be separated so the recommendation does not depend on an unnoticed assumption.

Use the specification checklist when a formal brief is needed. For an initial discussion, attach what is available and identify the gaps. Photographs are helpful, but carton and bottle drawings or physical samples provide better evidence for tooling and handling.

Label provisional dimensions and materials clearly
State which pack items are final, which are under development and when approval is expected. This helps the response distinguish current scope from work that must be confirmed later.
Send a matched bottle and carton brief
Keep the bottle and carton information together in the first enquiry. A bottle drawing alone does not show the insertion clearance, accessory position or intended appearance of the finished pack. If the carton design is still provisional, identify its revision and the decisions that have not yet been fixed.
Explain whether the project replaces hand cartoning, adds a new format or connects to an existing line. Describe the current bottleneck and normal run length as well as the desired output. These details help distinguish a handling question from a capacity or integration question.
