Carton and bottle development can also affect the project cost. A late change to the dieline, board, closure, label position or bottle geometry may require revised tooling or repeat testing. Control sample and drawing revisions before the order and agree how later changes are assessed.
Do not use the lowest quoted speed or the highest quoted output to infer value. Compare acceptable finished cartons under the same test conditions, then consider changeover workload, reject rate, operator access, fault recovery and maintenance.
